As a TOS Delivery Lead,you will play a pivotal role in theOperations Technology backbone of theNorth Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB)Transformation Project. Based onsite inBremerhaven, Germany, you will lead thedesign, implementation andstandardisation of Terminal OperatingSystem (TOS) solutions — Navis XPS andN4 — as part of along-term APM Terminals and Eurogatepartnership investing approximately €1billion in the modernisation of NTB.

The transformation will increaseterminal capacity from approximatelythreemillion to four million TEU annually,with the ambition to operate with zerogreenhouse gas emissions, a first ofits kind in Germany.

Reporting directlyto the Head of OT&A on site andfunctionally to the GlobalProduct Line Manager TOS, you will workacross internal and externalstakeholders to translate operationalneeds into scalable, standardised TOSsolutions that support the terminal'stransformation and long-term operatingmodel.

• Build deep expertise inNavis XPS and N4 delivery within acomplex brownfield-to-transformationprogramme.
• Gain broad exposure toadjacent application portfoliosincluding Billing,TAS, Gate and OCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Design TOSsolutions that best meet NTB'soperational process needs, and directthe implementationof new versions, upgrades andstandardisations across the terminal.
• Manage issues and risks arising fromimplementation, and answer inquiries onresolving generic and specific businessTOSproblems.
• Manage the Terminalrelationship: communicate changes tofunctionality, document processchanges, and align requirementsgenerated from upgrades.
• Identifyopportunities to standardise TOSconfigurations in collaboration withthe Ops Excellence team, and supportthe terminal in adopting new standardconfigurations.
• Assess and supportconfigurations, maintenance and futurereleases of the TOS, its modules andits interfaces.
• Engage proactivelywith the user community, leaddiagnostic procedures for simpleproblems, and escalate complex issuesappropriately.
• Assess and guide theSupport Teams in OT&A and Tech, andprovide inputsto other application portfolios(Billing, TAS, Gate, OCR) whenapplicable.
• Contribute to projectdelivery within scope, time and budgetunder the OT&A framework, and shareknowledge toprepare successors and colleagueswithin the team.
• Support thedevelopment of tools and analysis thathelp Operations teams identifyperformance trends and pursuecontinuous improvement.

• Financial acumen and budgetmanagement capability.
• Excellent oraland written communicationskills in English.
• Good knowledge ofstandard professional programs, such asMS Office and ERP / CMMS systems.
• High discipline in follow-through,action tracking and documentation, withhigh quality awareness and the abilityto work with constant care.
• Driven,self-motivating and results-oriented,capable of motivatingpeers and reports to achieve projectsuccess.
• Sensitive to culturaldiversity and comfortable workingacross multicultural teams, vendors andother stakeholders.
• Availability towork in bothoffice and live operational terminalenvironments, participating in testing,commissioning, operational trials andgo-live activities; internationaltravel may be required.

• Fluent English is essential; German preferred.
