Responsable de production H/F

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Production pour piloter les opérations d’embouteillage sur deux sites de production (basés en Charente (16), à Cognac et Gensac La Pallue). Véritable leader de terrain, vous garantissez la sécurité, la qualité, la performance industrielle et le développement des équipes, tout en contribuant activement à la stratégie de France Supply.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Définir et déployer la stratégie opérationnelle des activités d’embouteillage sur deux sites.
• Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs Sécurité, Qualité, Service, Coût et Productivité.
• Harmoniser les standards, les pratiques et les modes de fonctionnement entre les sites.
• Animer la performance industrielle et les démarches d’amélioration continue.
• Piloter les ressources, les budgets et les capacités industrielles.
• Manager et développer les équipes, en favorisant l’engagement, l’autonomie et la responsabilisation.
• Assurer le respect des exigences Qualité, Sécurité, Hygiène et Environnement.
• Participer au processus S&OP et aux projets de transformation de l’organisation.
• Représenter les opérations embouteillage au sein du Comité de Direction et contribuer à la stratégie France Supply.

Profil recherché

• Formation supérieure de type Ingénieur ou équivalent.
• 10 ans d'expérience en management d’équipes de production dans un environnement industriel.
• Expertise en embouteillage, conditionnement ou industrie agroalimentaire.
• Expérience du pilotage de la performance industrielle et de l’amélioration continue (Lean Manufacturing).
• Maîtrise des enjeux Qualité, Sécurité, HACCP et Environnement.
• Solides compétences en gestion budgétaire et en gestion de projets.
• Expérience du management de managers et du développement des talents.
• Leadership fédérateur, capacité à accompagner le changement et à influencer les parties prenantes.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de prise de décision et d’arbitrage.
• Anglais professionnel courant.
• Une expérience dans un environnement multi-sites constitue un atout majeur.
