About the role:
This role takes guest in-room dining orders through answering the phone and chat app and communicates special requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system. This position will coordinate delivery of orders by Room Service Serversin a timely manner according to Four Seasons Standardsandwillassist In Room Dining Server withset-upforservicewhilemaintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
What you will do:
Responsible for answering phones, takingguestorders via phone and chat app,assists in setting up carts and guestamenities whilecommunicating to staff,guests and kitchen as needed.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you bring:
Minimum of one year of food service or related work.
Must have working knowledge of computers.
Accurate and efficient communication via telephone and texting required.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal andtime management skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational skillsandpossess the ability to work autonomously.
Fluency in English isrequired for thislocation andthis job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

This is a full-time position.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
