As a key member oftheRevenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integralpartinhelpingEnovisdrivethemedicaltechnologyindustryforwardbytransformingpatientcare and improving patient outcomes.

Areyoudetail-orientedandresults-driven?Wearelookingforamotivated,customer-focusedindividualtojoinourteamasaSeniorProcessExecutive-Voice.Inthisrole, theSeniorProcessExecutive-Voicewillberesponsibleforaccountsreceivable(AR)follow-upanddenialresolutionthrougheffectivecommunicationwithU.S.insurancecompanies and payers.

Thepositionrequiresstrongcommunicationskills,analyticalabilities,andknowledgeofrevenuecyclemanagement(RCM)toresolveclaimissues,reduceoutstandingAR,andimprovecashflow.Additionally,theSeniorProcessExecutivewillmentorjuniorassociates and contribute to process improvements.

KeyResponsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Performend-to-endARfollow-upwithinsurancecompaniesviaoutboundcallsto resolve pending/unpaid claims.
• Analyzeclaimstoidentifyreasonsforrejections/denialsandensuretimelyresolution.
• Initiateappealsorescalateunresolvedclaimstotheappropriatedepartment.
• Documentallcalloutcomesandactionstakeninthebillingsystemwithaccuracy.
• AchieveandexceedSLA/KPImetricssuchasproductivity,callquality,resolutionrate, and turnaround time.
• Handlecomplexclaimescalationsandensureeffectiveclosure.
• CollaboratewithData,Quality,andClientTeamstoensuresmoothclaimresolution.
• Mentornewassociates,sharefeedback,andsupportknowledgetransfersessions.
• EnsurestrictadherencetoHIPAAcomplianceanddataconfidentialityguidelines.

RequiredSkills:

• StrongknowledgeofUSHealthcareRCM,especiallyARfollow-up,denialmanagement, and payer guidelines.
• Excellentverbalcommunicationskillswithneutralaccentandactivelistening.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively withpayers.
• Proficiencyinworkingwithpracticemanagementsystems,payerportals,andMS Office tools.
• Strongproblem-solvingandanalyticalability.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask while working with multiple systems.
• Flexibility to work in night shifts/US time zones.
• Teamplayerwiththeabilitytomentorandsupportjuniorstaff.
• Abilitytowork5daysaweekinHyderabadoffice

Qualifications:

• Graduateinanystream(BA/BCOMpreferred).
• 1-3yearsofexperienceinUSHealthcareRCMVoice/CustomerService(AR calling,patientbilling,orclaimresolution).
• PriorexperienceinhandlingcomplexARscenarios,theauthorizationprocess,and escalations is preferred.
