Job Description

  

Teledyne LeCroy Xena ApS, operating under the brand name Xena, is a Danish technology company headquartered in Lyngby, Denmark, originally founded in 2007.  

The company has built its position from the ground as a specialist in Ethernet traffic generation and network testing and over fifteen years it grew into one of the most recognized names in its field globally, before being acquired by Teledyne LeCroy in October 2023.

We are currently looking for an accomplished Supply Chain Specialist to our Lyngby office help manage the end-to-end supply chain. The role includes managing materials forecasting, planning, procurement and logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement forecasting and production planning
  • Purchasing parts from our vendors for manufacturing our products, creating and maintaining material numbers, and PO’s
  • Plan, track, and optimize inbound and outbound shipments, including last-mile delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and custom documents.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations to maintain optimal capacity.
  • Resolve issues regarding transit delays, damaged goods, or shipping errors.

Ideally the candidate brings:

  • Industry experience: Experience working with electronics and manufacturing
  • ERP Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with SAP to create POs, manage material master numbers, and track inventory, procurement planning
  • Documentation Expertise: Total comfort preparing and auditing international and domestic shipping paperwork, including customs declarations
  • End-to-End Logistics: Proven experience managing both inbound freight and last-mile outbound delivery nuances.
  • Regulatory and operational compliance: Strong foundation in e.g. HS Product Classification etc.
  • Tactical Procurement: A background in manufacturing purchasing, vendor negotiation, and managing Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Inventory Control: Experience with demand planning, cycle counting, and basic warehouse safety and capacity optimization.
  • Rapid Problem-Solving: The resilience to handle high-stress situations like transit delays, carrier disruptions, and damaged goods calmly.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: The ability to speak the distinct "languages" of suppliers, truck drivers, warehouse staff, and internal manufacturing teams.
  • Extreme Attention to Detail: Absolute precision when entering part numbers, pricing, and compliance data to prevent costly production delays

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics is preferred.

  • Comfortable operating with a high degree of freedom defining structure, setting priorities, and making decisions in the absence of a fully detailed playbook.
  • Professional fluency in English and Danish is an advantage.
