Multi-Cloud Developer, Senior

As a back-end developer, you know that a good site or system needs the right combination of clean code, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure to develop a user-focused solution. We’re looking for anexperienced back-end developer with thesoftware engineering skills it takes to identify potential risks, contribute to solution development, and create efficient and effective systems for our clients. 

As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions. Using yoursoftware engineeringexperience, you’ll work with the development team to create custom tools, systems, and sites with consistent performance and scalability.

You Have:

• 5+ years ofexperience buildingsoftware solutions for implementation within secure government cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
• 5+ years ofexperience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code(IaC) using Terraform
• 5+ years ofexperience with configuration management using Git in a team setting
• 3+ years ofexperience with Golang programming
• Experience designing and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and IaC tools
• Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes
• Knowledge of network technologies, including routing, load balancing, and TLS
• Top Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 8+ years ofexperience withsoftware engineering, orBachelor's degree and 4+ years ofexperience withsoftware engineering
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level IICertification within 30 days of hire date

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience using Bazel
• Experience with Kubernetes operator patterns and design, including creating controllers and custom resource definitions(CRDs)
• Experience with Terragrunt
• Experience with CNCF projects such as Envoy, Fluentd, Flux, and Prometheus
• Experience assisting with implementing and developing Azurepolicies or AWS Service Controlpolicies
• TS/SCI clearance
