About the Role

As aBusiness Development Manager – IBM Software, you will be responsible for driving the growth of theIBM Software portfolio in Hungary. Working closely with IBM, channel partners, customers, and internal teams, you will develop business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and increase market share across the IBM Software ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysbusiness development, partner management, solution selling, and strategic account growth, and who wants to make a direct impact on the success of a leading technology vendor.

What You'll Do

• Develop and executebusiness growth plans for the IBM Software portfolio in Hungary.
• Build and manage relationships withIBM, partners, resellers, and key customers.
• Identify and developnew business opportunities, driving pipeline growth and market expansion.
• Create and executevendor business plans, aligning IBM objectives with TD SYNNEX strategy.
• Negotiatedeals, rebates, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drivepartner engagement, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience inbusiness development, channel management, vendor management, or strategic sales within the IT industry.
• Knowledge ofenterprise software solutions, ideally within the IBM ecosystem or a similar vendor environment.
• Strong understanding ofsolution selling, partner development, and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working withsales targets, forecasts, business plans, and pipeline management.
• Fluent Hungarian and English.
