Job Description:

We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager Telecom to manage and coordinate telecommunications activities within complexrailway projects.

The role combines strong project management capabilities with a good understanding of technical environments and system integration. The Project Manager will coordinate internal engineering teams, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring successful project delivery in terms ofscope, schedule, budget, quality and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• ManageTelecom activities within railway projects from planning and engineering through implementation, testing and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailedproject plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and progress reports.
• Monitor project execution against agreedmilestones, costs and deadlines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved inengineering, installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage interfaces betweenTelecom and other railway systems, such as Signalling, Infrastructure and other technical subsystems.
• Identify, assess and manageproject risks, dependencies and technical interfaces.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managesuppliers, subcontractors and vendors, including monitoring their activities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the requiredquality, technical and safety standards.
• Analyze and document project and technical requirements in collaboration with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and provide regularstatus, risk and progress reporting.
• Identify project issues and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure proper technical and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and guide less experienced professionals when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience inProject Management within Telecom, Railway, Transportation or complex infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding oftelecommunication systems and technical project environments.
• Experience coordinating complex projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong knowledge ofproject planning, budgeting, resource management and risk management.
• Experience managingsuppliers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Ability to understand and coordinatetechnical interfaces between different systems.
• Experience working with engineering, installation, testing and commissioning teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex project situations with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command ofEnglish.

Railway Experience

Previous experience in therailway industry is highly valued, particularly exposure to:

• Railway Telecom systems
• Railway infrastructure projects
• System integration
• Signalling and Telecom interfaces
• Installation and commissioning activities
• Testing and validation
• Safety-critical technical environments

Experience from other complex industries such astransportation, infrastructure, telecommunications or industrial engineering can also be relevant.
