Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for aSenior Data Analyst to join our Digital team, supportingprocess improvement, project automation, and technology solutions. Working with the team lead, you will drive data analysis initiatives, design database structures, automate workflows, and applyETL techniques to turn complex data into information that supports effective decision-making.

This role combinesdata analysis, database design, artificial intelligence, and project coordination, with opportunities to contribute throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

In this role, you will:

• Applyartificial intelligence tools and techniques to supportdata standardization.

• Design and maintainefficient, scalable database resources to support data processing and analysis.

• Leadprocess automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

• Improve and systematize workflows to optimizeproject and product delivery.

• ApplyETL techniques to extract, transform, and load data for advanced analysis.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, coordinating activities to ensure effective delivery.

• Investigate and resolvecomplex technical problems accurately and promptly.

• Lead the analysis oflarge datasets to uncover actionable insights.

• Overseeautomated report generation to improve access to information and support decision-making.

Skills and Experience

• Experience indata management, with practical exposure toartificial intelligence, mathematical models, and/or large-scale data processing.

• Solid experience indatabase design and analysis.

• In-depth, hands-on knowledge ofSQL Server and Azure Data Tools.

• StrongPython skills fordata analysis and automation.

• Strongleadership and project coordination skills, with the ability to guide technical work and organize delivery.

• Demonstrated capabilities ininnovation, continuous improvement, and self-directed learning.

• The ability to adapt quickly tonew technologies and working environments.

• Strongattention to detail and a commitment to accurate, precise work.
