About the Role

We’re looking for aFreelance Principal Recruiter to join Typeform on an initial,full-time engagement. In this role, you’ll operate as afull-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner, owning hiring end-to-end across a mix oftechnical and business roles. You’ll work in a small, high-ownership TA team, where the focus is not just on delivery—but onconsistently raising the bar on talent and hiring quality.

Things you will do:

• Own and drive8–12 active roles simultaneously across both technical, commercial and business functions
• Build and maintainhigh-quality candidate pipelines, with a strong focus on sourcing passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers todefine role scope, success criteria, and hiring strategy
• Run structured hiring processes from intake through to offer, ensuringclarity and alignment at every stage
• Driveproactive communication with stakeholders, anticipating needs and keeping momentum high
• Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining ahigh and consistent hiring bar
• Close candidates by building trust, alignment, and long-term fit

What you already bring to the table:

• Proven experience as afull-cycle recruiter in a global SaaS or technology company
• Comfortable hiring across bothtechnical and business roles
• Strong sourcing capability—you know how toidentify, engage, and convert passive candidates
• Confidence in assessing talent and contributing tohigh-quality hiring decisions
• Strong stakeholder management—you bringstructure, clarity, and momentum
• High ownership and autonomy—you’re comfortable operating at speed with limited direction
• Ability to thrive infast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
