Senior People Partner (HRBP) 

• Partner with Engineering and Productleaders in the U.S.,whilealsosupporting G&Ateams, toconnectpeoplepriorities with businessgoals. 
• Coachleaders andmanagers onorganizationaleffectiveness, talent, performance, engagement, andemployee relationsacross agrowing, fast-moving environment. 
• Collaborate with People Partners in EMEA and APAC onglobal Engineering and Productinitiatives,bringing aconsistentemployeeexperienceacross regions. 

About the Role 

• Serve as atrusted People Partner to Engineering and Productteams in the U.S., withadditionalsupport for G&A,translating businessprioritiesintopracticalpeopleplans. 
• Coachleaders andmanagers onorganizational design, performance, talent development,compensation,employee relations, and teameffectiveness. 
• Useemployee feedback, engagementinsights, andpeople data toidentifythemes and partner withleaders onfocused,actionableimprovements. 
• Partner with People &Culturecolleagues tostrengthen talentretention,succession, and developmentapproachesthatsupport businessneeds andemployeegrowth. 
• Collaborate withlocal People Partners in EMEA and APAC on Engineering and Productinitiatives,balancingglobalconsistency withlocalcontext. 
• Buildstrongrelationshipsacross the business and People &Culture team,workingflexiblyacrosstimezoneswhenglobalcollaborationisneeded.This rolereports to the Sr.Director, People Partner. 

Wearelooking foryouifyouhave 

• 8-10years of HR Business Partneror People Partnerexperience, with atrackrecord ofadvisingleaders indynamic,evolvingorganizations;experiencepartnering with R&Dorganizations,particularly Engineering and Product,isstronglypreferred. 
• Strong businessacumen and theability toconnectpeoplepriorities to team andcompanygoalswhilekeepingsolutionspractical andemployee-centered. 
• Experience coachingleadersthrough performance, talent,organizationalchange,employee relations, and teameffectivenesstopics. 
• Comfortusingemployee feedback andpeople data toidentifypatterns,shaperecommendations, andsupportthoughtfuldecision-making. 
• Clear,collaborativecommunicationskills and theability tobuild trust and influenceacrosslevels,functions,geographies, andtimezones. 
• Apragmatic,curious, and inclusiveapproach, withsoundjudgment and awillingness torollupyoursleeveswhenneeded.
