TheRole

You will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management for children and young people with a range of physical, neurological, and developmental conditions. Working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and other healthcare professionals,youwillplayakeyroleinsupportingpupils'functionalmobility,independence,andparticipationinschoollife.

KeyResponsibilities

• Conductcomprehensivephysiotherapyassessments.
• Developandimplementindividualisedtreatmentprogrammes.
• Supportpupilswithmobility,posture,positioning,andequipmentneeds.
• Delivertherapysessionsonaone-to-oneandgroupbasis.
• Providetrainingandguidancetoschoolstaffandfamilies.
• Maintainaccurateclinicalrecordsandreports.
• ContributetoEHCPreviewsandmultidisciplinarymeetings.

Requirements

• DegreeinPhysiotherapy.
• HCPCregistration.
• Previousexperienceworkingwithchildrenandyoungpeople.
• ExperiencewithinSEND,specialschools,communitypaediatrics,orpaediatrichealthcaresettingsishighlydesirable.
• Excellentcommunicationandmultidisciplinaryworkingskills.
