Our client is seeking an experiencedBand 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team in Lancaster. This role involves working within anacute inpatient setting, supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment.
• Supportdischarge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
• Promote independence and functional recovery for patients.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience inacute inpatient care.
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
