About the Role:Â
The Director of FP&A leads the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting function for the Enterprise business. This role owns financial strategy for the business — through lower management — and reconciles multi-stakeholder views to drive decisions with long-term organizational impact.Â
Responsibilities:Â
Financial Strategy and Planning Â
- Own and drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes end-to-endÂ
- Set financial targets and KPIs in partnership with the executive team, and hold department heads accountable to themÂ
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities that shape company strategy, and act on them independentlyÂ
- Lead the development of financial models and frameworks that shape strategic initiatives and M&A activity across the businessÂ
Decision Support Â
- Independently recommend and guide financial direction on strategic projects, product launches, and market expansion opportunities, in partnership with senior leadershipÂ
- Build the dashboards and reporting frameworks the executive team relies on to run the businessÂ
- Own variance analysis against budget and prior year, and drive the corrective actions that followÂ
- Set the standard for evaluating ROI and financial impact on proposed investments and operational changes across the companyÂ
Team Leadership Â
- Lead the FP&A function through subordinate managers, overseeing multiple integrated teamsÂ
- Set the processes, tools, and best practices the function runs onÂ
- Develop the leaders on the team, including succession planning for key rolesÂ
- Ensure financial reporting and planning stay aligned across accounting, operations, and productÂ
Cross-Functional Collaboration Â
- Serve as the primary financial strategy partner to senior management and department leaders, translating business drivers into financial plansÂ
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, providing analysis that informs board-level decisionsÂ
- Influence organizational strategy through financial analysis, and drive financial discipline across the orgÂ
Skills & Qualifications:Â
- 12+ years of experience, including senior leadership responsibilityÂ
- Proven ability to lead a major function or departmentÂ
- Strategic planning and long-range execution experienceÂ
- Strong financial and operational management capabilitiesÂ
- Experience developing leaders and succession planningÂ
- Executive-level presentation and influence skillsÂ
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. Experience using AI to drive efficiencies. Â
- Experience with financial planning software (Anaplan, Workday, Adaptive, etc.)Â Â Â

The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000-$215,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.Â
