Providence, NJ (Flexible environment: Home-based and community/center-based)
Pay rate: 20$ - 30$

🕐 Schedule & Hours

Days: Monday through Friday
Home Session Hours: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Note: We are looking for a flexible candidate who is comfortable adapting to either setting based on the child's needs.

💕 The Ideal Candidate

Compassionate & Patient: Deeply empathetic and understanding of early childhood development.
Reliable: Dependable and punctual, understanding that consistency is key for this child's success.
Experienced: Prior experience with early intervention, autism, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly preferred.
Skilled: Comfortable working one-on-one with a young, nonverbal child.
Independent: Able to confidently implement and follow the child's structured behavioral treatment plan.
