This role is essential in ensuring providers remain fully credentialed, compliant, and prepared to deliver high-quality services across multiple networks and systems.We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage deadlines, documentation, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and enrollment processes
• Track renewals, expirations, and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing databases
• Coordinate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and network participation
• Communicate with insurance companies and provider portals regarding application status and updates
• Ensure all documentation meets organizational and payer requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, medical billing, or related healthcare operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements efficiently
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with administrative systems, spreadsheets, and provider portals is a plus
