Pay Range:$19.00 - $23.00 per hour(Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing compassionate personal care and emotional support
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Supporting meal service and hydration needs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with team members
• Creating positive, meaningful interactions with residents and families
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resident care
• Ability to read and speak English
