This position is aFull-Time opportunity with availability to work any shift, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. In this role, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and guests while preparing and serving beverages with excellence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time | Any Shift
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Final compensation is based on the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, certifications, and overall qualifications.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Verify age requirements and ensure responsible alcohol service practices.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with special events, community gatherings, and private functions.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, wine, beer, and cocktail service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Responsible alcohol service certification preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
