POSITION SUMMARYÂ
Located at our Cottage Grove, MN location, this position has the responsibility of performing and documenting timely in-process inspections on completed orders. They will support Operations by providing directions for quality and standard work procedures. This person will also be responsible for increasing company profitability by maintaining accurate inventory levels through the management of inventory controls. This will be done by reviewing cycle count performance and investigating inventory discrepancies to ensure that optimal inventory is present and ready for use. Specific day-to-day responsibilities include:Â

Distribution:Â
- Develop and maintain relationships with warehouse teams and Customer ServiceÂ
- Proactively communicating with the customer service and warehouse teamsÂ
- Maintain an organized, clean and efficient environmentÂ
- Develop, document and train the company on proper packaging standardsÂ
- Supporting the mission of great on-time customer service by being responsible for accuracy of outgoing finished product shipments for the Building Materials Division.Â
- Ensure all outgoing products meet customer packaging requirements (i.e. skid sizes, quantities, PO information, weight, etc.) and support quick resolution of outagesÂ
- Verifying all quantities and skid sizes on outgoing ordersÂ
- Assisting with other administrative demandsÂ

Inventory:Â
- Develop and train on a process for Maintaining inventory in the warehouseÂ
- Proven experience in maintaining the cycle count inventory accuracy, ensuring consistent and reliable stock levels through meticulous monitoring and reconciliation processes. Â
- Provide inventory reports and data to maintain healthy inventory control processes and proceduresÂ

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE. Â

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEÂ
- High School diploma/GED requiredÂ
- Prior warehouse experience is preferredÂ
- Prior inventory tracking experience is requiredÂ
- Experience in proficiency and accountabilityÂ
- Experience with RF ScannersÂ
