Social Worker - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting anAdult’sSocial Worker to join its client’s Community team, based in Sheffield. 

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Managing a caseload of adults and families within the Communities Team, completing strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Working in partnership with health professionals, voluntary organisations, and other agencies to coordinate care and ensure individuals receive appropriate support and safeguarding interventions.
• Undertaking Mental Capacity Act assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and risk assessments while maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
