Social Worker - Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting anAdult'sSocial Worker to join its client’s Mental Healthteam, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. You'll undertake assessments, coordinate care, and support adults across community and hospital settings, promoting recovery, independence and positive outcomes through person-centred practice.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Qualified Social Worker
• Social Work England registration
• Mental health social work experience
• Strong assessment and care coordination skills

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration 
• Eligible to work in the UK 
• Hold a full UK driving licence 
• Post-qualified experience 
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
