Qualified Social Worker - Generic Adult's Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Generic Adult's Team, based in East Riding of Yorkshire.

 What will your responsibilities be?

• Complete strengths‑based assessments and Care Act evaluations, ensuring timely, person‑centred support planning that promotes independence, wellbeing, and choice.
• Manage a varied and often complex caseload, including safeguarding enquiries, mental capacity assessments, and multi‑agency coordination to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with health partners, community services, and families, facilitating smooth transitions, reviewing care packages, and addressing any changes in need promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
