About the Role Â
We are looking for several change management consultants to support the delivery of upcoming large‑scale projects. The role will be hybrid, based in Ottawa.

Role and Responsibilities 
- Conduct a comprehensive change impact analysis, including effects on processes, roles, teams, and operations.Â
- Develop an integrated transition and communication strategy aligned with project objectives and stakeholder needs.Â
- Build an overall change management plan covering engagement, communication, training, and support activities.Â
- Define and deliver transition and communication strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and interventions.Â
- Produce detailed change management plans, including actions, timelines, responsibilities, and monitoring mechanisms.Â
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and decisionsupport documents for managers and governance committees.Â
- Ensure regular followup on progress by providing status updates and collaborating closely with project coordination teams.Â
- Document operational impacts and related issues to support adoption and anticipate risks.Â
- Design and produce communication materials to inform, engage, and support stakeholders.Â
Qualifications and Experience Â
Required qualifications Â
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (administration, human resources, organizational development, industrial engineering, communications, or psychology) or equivalent.Â
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English (advanced Frenchrequired).Â
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management.Â
- Be familiar with change management best practices.Â
- Be able to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts.Â
Compensation (Ontario) Â
The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate. Â
Estimated salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year. Â
