MARKETING INTERN - SUMMER 2027

The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist the Marketing team with marketing projects. This person will primarily responsible for content creation, website updates, graphic design, communication, and other related activities.

As a Marketing Intern, primary responsibilities include:

• Composeorrepurposecontentforsalestools,websitepages,emailmarketingcampaigns,pressreleases,videoscripts,brochures,andothermarketingmaterials.
• Create andrefreshwebsitelandingpageswhilemakingroutinewebsiteupdates.
• Assist withproductlandingpagedevelopment,includingproductphotography,technicaldescriptions,andapplicationcontent.
• Create visualassetsfordigitalandprintmedia,includingflyers,brochures,tradeshowbanners,socialmediagraphics,andwebcontentusingCanvaandAdobeCreativeSuite(Photoshop,Illustrator,andInDesign).
• Ensure allmarketingmaterialsalignwithestablishedbrandguidelinestomaintainaconsistentvisualidentity.
• Design engaginggraphicsandcontentforsocialmediaplatformsincludingLinkedIn,Facebook,Instagram,andothers.
• Assist withsocialmediascheduling,publishing,andperformancetrackingusingtoolssuchasHootsuite.
• Create, format,andenhancePowerPointpresentationsforinternalandexternalaudiences.
• Analyze websiteperformanceandmarketingmetricsandproviderecommendationsforimprovement.
• Assist witheventregistration,coordination,andlogisticsfortradeshows,careerfairs,customerevents,andothermarketinginitiatives.
• Communicate newmarketingcampaigns,programs,andresourcestoHydriteemployeesandsalesteams.PerformmiscellaneousadministrativedutiesasrequestedbytheMarketingDirectororMarketingManager.
• Uphold Hydrite'sStandardofExcellencethroughacontinuouscommitmenttoqualityandcustomerservice.
• Perform alldutiesoutlinedinrelevantSOPsandotherdutiesasassigned.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

• This position reports to the Marketing Director or Marketing Manager. 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL CRITERIA

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations,GraphicDesign,DigitalMedia,BusinessMarketing,orWebDesign&Development.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite highly preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
