Shift Schedule

• Unique to Home Market Foods is our 2-2-3 work schedule (2 days on, then 2 days off, then work 3 days, followed by the opposite the following week.) Hours will be 5:00p to 5:15a*this does not change.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repairconveyor systems,robotics,motors,PLC-controlled equipment, andautomated packaging lines
• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance in afood-grade manufacturing environment
• UseCMMS software to manage repairs, document maintenance, and analyze trends
• Mentor and support up-and-coming mechanics - sharing your skills, experience and best practices
• Read and interpretelectrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
• Assist in new equipment installation and systems optimization
• Optional welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick)

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing or pharma environment
• Strong working knowledge ofelectrical systems,automation,PLC troubleshooting,VFDs,pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity withfood safety standards andGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP)
• Experience usingCMMS software
• MA Fireman 2 License and/orAmmonia Operator 1 Certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
