We are seeking adedicated and patient helperto support afemale client in her 70s in theearly stages of dementia. She can beresistant at times, so the ideal caregiver will be skilled ingentle encouragement and motivation while maintaining a calm, supportive approach.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs)(bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provideroutine structure and daily guidance
• Offermotivation and redirection when needed
• Ensuresafety and supervision throughout the day
• Providecompanionship and emotional support

• Monday – Friday
• 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM(Full-day shifts)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience withearly-stage dementia care
• Patient, calm, andskilled in redirection techniques
• Reliable and able to commit tofull-day weekday shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to encourage independence while ensuring safety

This role is ideal for a helper who understands how to balance independence with support, usingpositive reinforcement and patience to help the client stay engaged and on routine.
