We are looking for acompassionate and experienced helpersto support a senior mother withdementia and limited mobility. She primarily uses a wheelchair and requires hands-on assistance with daily care, along with patience and understanding in managingdementia-related behaviors such as agitation and sundowning.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs)(bathing, dressing, mobility support)
• Providesafe transfers and wheelchair assistance
• Support withmeal preparation and feeding if needed
• Performlight housekeeping and dishwashing
• Assist withlight exercises and mobility routines
• Offercompanionship and emotional support
• Managedementia-related behaviors, including agitation and sundowning

• 5 days per week
• 5 hours per day
• Consistent weekly schedule

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in dementia care(including behavior management)
• Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor
• Comfortable assisting withlimited mobility and wheelchair use
• Reliable and consistent with schedule
