We are seeking a compassionate and experienced helper to support a female client in her 70s. She iswheelchair-bound, hasearly signs of dementia, and is considered afall risk, requiring attentive supervision and hands-on support.

Care Responsibilities

• Assist withtransfers (wheelchair ↔ toilet)(client can assist ~75%)
• Providemeal preparation
• Ensuresafety supervision and fall prevention
• Offercompanionship and engagement
• Performlight housekeeping

• Every Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM (6–7 hours)

Ideal Candidate

• Experience withtransfers and mobility support
• Comfortable working withearly-stage dementia clients
• Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
• Physically capable of assisting with partial transfers

This role is ideal for a helper who can provide hands-on assistance while promoting independence, with a strong focus onfall prevention and supportive companionship.
