We are looking for a dependable helper/driver to provide transportation support for a client attending regular physical therapy sessions. This is a consistent, short-term assignment (3 months) ideal for someone with reliable availability.

Care Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation to and from PT appointments
• Ensure on-time arrival and pick-up
• Offer basic assistance and supervision as needed
• Option to remain onsite during session for continuity

Appointment Details

• Clinic: OrthoCarolina University Physical Therapy
• Address: 2400 W Mallard Creek Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262
• Frequency: 2x per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
• Duration: June through August
• Session Length: ~1 hour (caregiver may stay during session)
• Start: June 5 at 9:00 AM (first appointment)
• Note: Appointment times may vary

Ideal Candidate

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Good communication skills
