What You'll Do:Â
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autismÂ
- Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)Â
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6Â
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTsÂ
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progressÂ
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practicesÂ
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelinesÂ
What You'll Need:Â
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Â
- State Licensure where requiredÂ
- 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA licenseÂ
- ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)Â
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based settingÂ
- Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environmentÂ
