A Plus Garage Doors is looking for anoutgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company insideCostco warehouses in Reno.

Your role is simple:talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates.

No selling required inside the store — your focus iscreating interest and setting appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

Engage Costco Members
Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.

Generate Leads
Schedulefree in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.

Represent the Brand
Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.

Create Opportunities
Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔ Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
✔ Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Reliable and professional
✔ Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)

No garage door experience needed —we provide full training.

Pay & Compensation

$20 per hour base pay

PLUS

Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked

Successful team members regularly generatemultiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.
