As anAssociate Technical Program Manager, youāll play a key role in managing high-mix, low-volume projects, ensuring seamless execution from customer requirements to final delivery. By bridging the gap between our U.S.-based customers and manufacturing partners, youāll ensure production runs smoothly, meets specifications, and stays on budgetāwhile continuously driving process improvements.
What Weāre Looking For
Weāre seeking experienced engineers and project managers with:

A Bachelorās degree in engineering and5+ years of relevant work experience
ā
Hands-on knowledge ofCNC machining (a must) and other manufacturing processes like3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication
ā
Strong project management skills, includingscope, timing, and quality control
ā
The ability tosolve technical production issues and communicate solutions effectively
ā
Adata-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
ā
Fluency in English and experience in multicultural work environments
ā
Aself-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings
