Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dbt models to transform raw data into structured and actionable datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, testing, and documentation within the dbt framework.
• Optimize dbt models for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or analytics roles, with a focus on dbt.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data manipulation.
• Understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
