Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedQA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API testing, database validation, and modern QA practices. This role requires hands-on experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing using automation frameworks.

Develop and enhance automation frameworks usingAppiumPlaywright, orSelenium WebDriver with Java.

Perform API testing usingPostman orRest Assured.

Validate application data through SQL/database testing.

Create, manage, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios using test management tools.

Identify, log, track, and verify defects using tools such asJIRA orAzure DevOps. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience withAppium orPlaywright.

Strong experience inTest Management and test planning.

Hands-on experience withSelenium WebDriver using Java.

Experience inAPI Testing usingPostman orRest Assured.

Experience inSQL/database testing.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools such asJIRA orAzure DevOps.

Experience working withJenkins or similar CI/CD tools.

Good understanding ofGit version control.

Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
