ServiceNow Engineer (Forms & Ansible Integration)

Day to Day

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows withinServiceNow
• Configure and customize modules such as:
• • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Service Catalog
• Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms
• Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especiallyAnsible Automation Platform for automated provisioning and remediation
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate operational processes
• Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards
• Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations
