Senior Regional TA Specialist (KSA & UAE experience is a must)

Role Overview

We are looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist to handleprofessional and niche hiring across global markets, primarily supporting our MENA hiring operations.

This role is not a transactional recruiter. You will act as astrategic partner and second-in-command to the TA Lead, owning complex hiring mandates, building pipelines for critical roles, and driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will be responsible forheadhunting, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and data-driven hiring execution, ensuring we consistently attract and hire top-tier talent globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Global Recruitment

• Own full-cycle recruitment formid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions (Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, etc.)
• Manage hiring acrossmultiple regions (GCC, MENA, international markets)
• Deliver againstaggressive hiring timelines without compromising quality

2. Headhunting & Advanced Sourcing

• Leadproactive talent mapping and headhunting strategies
• UtilizeBoolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external databases to identify passive candidates
• Build and maintainhigh-quality talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as atrusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership
• Challenge and refine hiring requirements to ensuremarket alignment and feasibility
• Drivealignment, accountability, and decision-making across stakeholders

4. ATS & Recruitment Operations

• Own and optimize the usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensuredata accuracy, pipeline visibility, and process efficiency
• Standardize and improve recruitment workflows and documentation

5. Pipeline Building & Workforce Planning

• Developlong-term talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans
• Partner with leadership onworkforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Ensure readiness forfuture hiring demands

6. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Strengthen Decima’s presence as anemployer of choice in global markets
• Deliver ahigh-quality, professional candidate experience across all touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience inTalent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure toprofessional or niche hiring
• Proven experience inheadhunting and sourcing passive candidates
• Strong experience working withATS systems and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to managestakeholders across multiple regions
• Experience indata-driven recruitment and reporting
• Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Experience hiring acrossGCC / MENA / international markets is highly preferred
