Revenue Recovery Representatives

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for aRevenue Recovery Representativeto join our growing team at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC!We are looking for aRevenue Recovery Representative who is driven and passionate about reducing delinquency and providing outstanding service to our customers.The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness & professionalism. 
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts. 
• Place account on hold for incoming orders until payment is received. 
• Document daily collections activity including, but not limited to, emails sent as well as inbound and outbound phone calls. 
• Place outbound calls to delinquent customers to collect past due billing 
• Receive inbound calls from customers that wish to make payments or payment arrangements 
• Print, fold, and mail dunning letters to delinquent customers 
• Audit the cancel reason reporton a monthly basis 
• May haveadditional duties as assigned by Management 

Job Requirements/Experience: 

• High schooldiplomarequired 
• Minimum of 2 yearsB2C and “soft”collections experience a plus 
• The hours for this position are Tuesday to Friday 12-9 and Saturday 9-5 with Sunday and Monday off.
• The pay for this position ranges from $42-52k in annual earnings.
