💵Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and case needs

🏡About the Role

Centria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs.

✅Responsibilities

• Assist withmobility and transfers to prevent falls
• Providebasic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing
• Monitor and assist withoxygen therapy as needed
• Preparelight snacks or drinks upon request
• Offercompanionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift
• Assist inpositioning and turning to prevent discomfort
• Document and reportchanges in client condition promptly
• Respond to emergencies following proper procedures
• Perform duties as outlined in thepatient’s plan of care
• Monitor client’sphysical and mental condition, intake/output, and exercise
• Maintain asafe, clean, and healthy care environment
• Followprofessional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements

📝Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred
• Experience working withfall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired
• Must be comfortable assisting withpersonal care tasks
• Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs
• Comfortable working in aprivate home setting
• Ability towork independently and follow a care plan
• Strongoral and written communication skills
• Ability tofollow verbal and written instructions
• Comfortable usingtablets/computers for documentation
• Strongattention to detail and ability to follow all care protocols
• Ability to addressminor medical concerns as they arise

✅Documentation Requirements

To be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification
• Clear Background Check
• Negative TB Test Results
• Proof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy)
