About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Architect to support strategic, regulatory, and transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

The role will focus on designingTarget Operating Models (TOMs), end-to-end processes, and business capabilities, translating strategic and regulatory requirements into practical and implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developTarget Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state business architectures
• AssessAs-Is processes and operating models and define pragmaticTo-Be solutions
• Design and optimiseend-to-end banking processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translatebusiness strategy and regulatory requirements into processes, capabilities, governance, and controls
• Perform gap and impact assessments and definetransition roadmaps from current to target state
• Develop architecture artefacts, includingcapability maps, process models, and operating model designs
• Collaborate withBusiness, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and support senior stakeholders in key transformation and architecture decisions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience inBusiness Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation within banking or financial services
• Proven experience designingTarget Operating Models and end-to-end processes
• Experience deliveringregulatory-driven change and working closely with Risk and Compliance
• Strong understanding ofbanking processes, governance, and controls
• Ability to translate complex requirements intoclear, actionable, and implementable business designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
