ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experiencedAI Agent Engineer (Power Platform & Copilot Studio) to join our growing team and support the development of AI-driven automation solutions across enterprise business processes.

This role requires strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Platform, particularlyCopilot Studio, alongside a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and conversational AI development. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Agent Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions to support business process optimization.

• Build and maintain conversational AI solutions usingMicrosoft Copilot Studio and the widerPower Platform ecosystem.

• Design effective conversational flows and user experiences.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and business processes.

• Implement monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvements to enhance solution performance and adoption.

Solution Delivery

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.

• Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable AI-powered solutions.

  Apply software development best practices, including documentation, testing, and code quality standards.

   

• Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of existing solutions.

Governance & Innovation

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements.

• Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and ethical AI principles.

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches and tools.

• Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills

• Proven experience developing and deployingAI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Copilot Studio andMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Strong understanding ofGenerative AI concepts, includingRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and LLM-based solutions.

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related AI services.

• Understanding of secure development practices, testing approaches, and performance monitoring.

• Experience implementing analytics and monitoring for AI-driven solutions.

• Knowledge of programming languages such asPython, C#, or JavaScript is an advantage.

  Experience delivering solutions in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Professional Skills

• Proven experience in a similar AI Engineering, Automation, or Power Platform development role.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.

• Knowledge of Responsible AI frameworks and governance practices.

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio.
