E-commerce Logistics Specialist

Salary starts from 1500 €/gross month (depends on experience) 

As a E-commerce Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in the full outbound delivery process – from the moment an order leaves the warehouse until it reaches the customer.

What you will do:

• Managing and monitoringoutbound parcel logistics from warehouse dispatch to final delivery.
• Communicating withcourier companies, carriers and logistics partners and handling day-to-day operational topics.
• Monitoringdelivery performance, transit times, tracking, SLAs and other logistics KPIs.
• Supporting and improvingcross-border delivery processes across European markets.
• Managingreturns and reverse logistics processes.
• Handling delivery incidents, claims and other non-standard situations and helping identify their root causes.
• Preparingreports and analyses and evaluating carrier and service performance.
• Supportingcapacity and peak planning during high-volume periods.
• Supporting the onboarding ofnew carriers, services and logistics solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes in terms ofcost, speed, quality and customer experience.
• Working closely withLogistics, Warehouses, Customer Service and IT teams.
• Using modern tools, includingAI and automation, to improve everyday work and solve operational problems.

You will not only follow existing processes. You will gradually learn how our logistics operation works, identify problems and take part in improving the way we work.

This is a junior role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow towardscarrier management, analytics, process optimization and your own logistics projects.

• You have an interest inlogistics, e-commerce and delivery processes.
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking and enjoy working with data.
• You are comfortable working withExcel and handling larger amounts of information.
• You are able to identify connections, investigate problems and look for theirroot cause, rather than just dealing with the symptoms.
• You are comfortable usingChatGPT or other AI tools for research, analysis, everyday work and problem-solving.
• You are able to work independently, set priorities and take ownership of your tasks.
• You are practical, curious and willing to learn new things.
• You communicate confidently in English, both in writing and verbally.
• You are a team player and enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and countries.
• Previous experience inlogistics, transportation, e-commerce or operations is an advantage, but is not required.
