What you’ll do

• Ownbuyer lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Executemulti-channel campaigns across email, paid, content, and events
• Build and optimisecustomer journeys, onboarding flows, and win-back programmes
• Definetarget audiences, messaging, and campaign concepts
• Collaborate withSales,Content,Design, andRevOps
• RunA/B tests across messaging, channels, and timing
• TrackKPIs and optimise performance across the funnel
• Work with data teams to ensurereporting and attribution accuracy
• Automate lifecycle communication usingHubSpot and similar tools
• Identify opportunities to improve performance throughautomation and AI

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of experience ingrowth marketing,demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong track record inperformance-driven campaigns
• Experience withmarketing automation andCRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Comfort working withdata, dashboards, and experimentation
• Strongproject management and ability to manage multiple campaigns
• Experience collaborating acrosscross-functional teams
• ExcellentDanishandEnglish communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience inB2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments
• Experience withpaid channels or in-product messaging
• Familiarity withAI tools in marketing workflows
• Additional language skills such as German
