About the RoleÂ
At Atomicwork, the People Partner role goes beyond partnering-Â
it’s about building, operating, and scaling people programs with intent. Â
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior leaders, and owning the entire employee lifecycleÂ
-from onboarding to exit-while also bringing structure, automation, and data-driven decision-making.Â
You’ll work across multiple teams and geographies, including close collaboration with US-based stakeholders, and help shape a strong, values-led culture as the company scales.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
Business Partnership & Stakeholder ManagementÂ
- Partner closely with senior leaders across functions and locationsÂ
- Act as a trusted advisor on people matters, balancing business needs with empathyÂ
- Enable leaders to make better people decisions through data and insightsÂ
People Operations & AutomationÂ
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, engagement, performance, transitions, and exitsÂ
- Build scalable, automated people processes suitable for a growing startupÂ
- Ensure operational excellence while continuously improving systems and workflowsÂ
Programs, Policies & CultureÂ
- Design and implement HR programs aligned with Atomicwork’s cultural valuesÂ
- Create and standardize policies that work across regions, while respecting local nuancesÂ
- Enable and strengthen culture through meaningful engagement initiatives, not surface-level activitiesÂ
Data, Problem Solving & Decision MakingÂ
- Take a data-driven approach to identify trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutionsÂ
- Handle complex people situations with maturity, empathy, and sound judgmentÂ
- Bring structure to ambiguity and act decisively when requiredÂ

What We’re Looking ForÂ
ExperienceÂ
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business PartnerÂ
- Experience working in SAAS based startups or fast-scaling environmentsÂ
- Proven exposure to working with senior leadersÂ
- Experience working with US-based teams is a strong plusÂ

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsÂ
- Comfortable balancing operations and strategy-no task is “too small”Â
