Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of complex, cross-functional solutions within the Atlas HXM Operations Team. Bridge sales, operations, and product and technical teams to drive revenue growth, expand the Atlas HXM service offering, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high-level prospect and client relationships. Design and build innovative, customer-centric, and scalable solutions (tech and operational delivery) that align with market demands and company goals. Define and direct the global strategy for the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions, overseeing cross-functional teams responsible for delivery. Build out new service delivery models and process optimization. Standardize best practices and KPIs for solution delivery and onboarding globally to drive efficiency and quality. Oversee the development and global implementation of new service delivery models and operational frameworks executed by cross-functional teams. Act as the primary interface with senior-level clients, prospects, and internal leadership to create new solutions that meet all stakeholder needs. Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing, cross-functional, global solutions teams. Partner with Sales leaders to strategize and structure complex deals, support high-value and enterprise deals with tailored solutions, and provide feedback on trends, themes or insights to support sales enablement strategies and optimize sales process and organization. Provide executive oversight and strategic guidance on complex enterprise engagements in partnership with Sales leadership, ensuring scalable solution design and operational readiness. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a closely related field and 2 years of Employer of Record (EOR) operations experience.
Must have experience with:
- Global operational delivery including managing global teams and projects;
- Global employment compliance requirements;
- multi-country payroll and workforce management processes;
- Supporting enterprise-level client engagements involving multi-country workforce solutions;
- Structuring complex enterprise deals, including service scope definition and operational feasibility analysis;
- Partnering with sales teams to develop custom solution proposals for enterprise clients;
- Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for product development teams;
- Reviewing technical specifications and solution proposals prior to implementation;
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Validating system functionality before product or feature launch;
- Designing and implementing global service delivery models, including Process standardization, KPI frameworks, and SLA definition;
- Working with data reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor global performance;
- Translating data insights into measurable business outcomes including revenue growth and process efficiency improvements;
- Analyzing large-scale operational and revenue datasets to identify trends and inform decision-making;
- Using Hubspot to manage enterprise client pipelines, deal structuring, and forecasting;
- Working with HRIS/HXM platforms such as BambooHR; and
- Microsoft Excel for pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis.
Base salary for this role in Chicago, IL: $120,000 -$150,000 + bonus eligibility. The final offer will reflect your experience and skills.
