プリセールスは、私たちの野心を実現するための重要な役割です。現在、日本のAnaplanプリセールスチームで、経験豊富で戦略的なソリューションコンサルティングマネージャーを募集しています。このリーダーシップ職は、SaaSおよびエンタープライズセールスにおける豊富な経験、事業計画および業績管理に関する深い理解、そして複雑な販売環境で高い実績を上げてきたプリセールスチームを率いた実績を持つ、ダイナミックなプロフェッショナルに最適です。

このチームは、多様な視点を受け入れ、尊重し、限界を押し広げて新しいアイデアを試すことを恐れず、お客様と互いの成功を支援することに情熱を燃やすメンバーで構成されています。

主な仕事内容

• プリセールス戦略: 営業目標、Anaplanの製品能力、およびエンタープライズ顧客のニーズに合致した、ソリューションコンサルティングチームのための包括的な日本マーケット戦略を策定し、実行します。
• クライアント/パートナーとのエンタープライズエンゲージメント: 財務、サプライチェーン、その他の計画領域にわたる複雑なビジネス課題を解決するAnaplanの能力を示す、インパクトの大きいデモ、プロトタイプ、および価値提案の開発と提供を監督することにより、対象となる顧客およびパートナー（戦略的GSIを含む）の主要な利害関係者と関わり、日本マーケットビジネスに直接的な影響を与えます。
• チームリーダーシップ: Anaplanに焦点を当てたプリセールスソリューションコンサルタントのチームを率い、指導し、育成し、継続的な専門的成長とスキル開発を保証します。
• オペレーショナルエクセレンスの推進: 営業組織を変革しているのと同じペースで、プリセールス組織を迅速に変革するための変革の担い手として行動します。これは、新しいセールスブループリントの導入と習熟によって達成されます。具体的には、プリセールスが主導するセールスブループリントの各フェーズです。
• 部門横断的なコラボレーション: 製品、カスタマーサクセス、マーケティング、およびプロフェッショナルサービスの各チームと協力し、プリセールスの取り組みを製品イノベーションと顧客成功イニシアチブに連携させます。
• ソートリーダーシップ: 市場のトレンドとAnaplanのイノベーションの先を行き、現代のエンタープライズプランニングとコネクテッドプランニングの原則に関する専門家およびエバンジェリストとして活動します。

応募資格

• エンタープライズソフトウェアまたはSaaS環境でのプリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、および/またはテクニカルセールスの役割で5年以上の経験。
• 3年以上のピープルリーダーシップ、またはそれに類する、準ずる経験。
• 製造、自動車、化学、コングロマリット/CPG、テクノロジー、などの業界に焦点を当てた豊富な業界経験。
• 大規模な顧客へのデジタルトランスフォーメーションイニシアチブ提案におけるリーダーシップ経験。
• ビジネスレベルの英語力、ネィティブレベルの日本語力
