About the Role We’re looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-dayYouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling.
Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes.
Coordinate with editors and designers onvideo edits, thumbnails, and post-production.
Review videos, share edit notes, and identifyhighlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips.
ManageYouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance.
Create supportingcarousel and social media content.
Publish content acrossYouTube, Instagram, and Medium.

Ideal Candidate

Strong interest inYouTube, content, and digital media.
Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
