Research Operations Analyst

Great research only matters if it reaches the right people at the right time. As our Research Operations Associate, you'll be the engine behind that. You'll keep delivery running smoothly day to day, turn validated insights into live product features, and build the systems that let us scale.

What you'll do

Keep research delivery running

• Own day-to-day delivery and escalations across live research projects, including participant recruitment and panel management
• Coordinate scheduling and resourcing across product, research and partnership teams
• Support on-site field studies, getting close to the operators and warehouses we build for

Build the systems that help us scale

• Shape how we work: intake and briefing processes, workstack tracking, debrief templates, documentation, incentives and scheduling
• Run and evolve our Notion Hub and Slack channels, so insights travel easily across teams
• Help build workflows, tooling and automation that scale our delivery and reporting
• Turn newly greenlit product bets into repeatable delivery processes

Turn insight into impact

• With the Lead and Analyst, capture and catalogue insights as clear, presentation-ready write-ups for internal and external audiences, and share them company-wide through Notion and Slack
• Track feedback and performance data daily, feeding our weekly and monthly insight reports
• Maintain the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs

Build relationships and protect trust

• Work with Customer Success to build and maintain access to operators, site managers and decision-makers across customer accounts
• Keep our research tools and practices GDPR-compliant, and keep our consent and data-handling guidance up to date

What you'll bring

• Around 4 years' experience in operations, programme coordination, delivery or research ops
• Strong organisation, and confidence juggling multiple SLAs and stakeholders at once
• Comfort with workflow tools and dashboards, such as Notion, Basecamp, SurveyMonkey, Slack and Pendo
• Curiosity about research and a wish to move towards research execution over time
