Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer actively participates in refining workflows and adapting software functionalities to evolving business environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the application lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process workflows within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within cloud-based retail execution systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to maintain system reliability and user satisfaction.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
