What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end execution ofretrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems inKarwar Yard.
• Act as theSingle Point of Contact for customer escalations.
• Prepare and shareweekly progress reports with the Project Manager.
• Ensure all orders are executed in acommercially effective manner.
• Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress fortimely completion.
• Maintaintimely and effective communication with customers regarding status, delays, and payments.
• EnsureHealth and Safety compliance for all site teams.

How You Will Do It

• Understandcontractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution plans.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities toexceed expectations.
• Identify training needs and facilitateskill development within the team.

What We Look For

• Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution onNaval & Marine ships.
• Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components.

Preferred

• Indian Navy Artificers with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems.
