All Saints Sub Acute is seeking acompassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team on aFull-Time AM shift.

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care and support to residents while promoting theircomfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. The CNA works closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive quality, resident-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide respectful care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
• Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
